We are an early-stage startup based in New York City and doing business globally. At the moment, we are rapidly expanding our EMEA client base and so we are looking for experienced Sales Development Reps/Account Executives to join us.

Job Role and Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to drive up Mid Market sales in your region(s)
Research and curate a databases of potential leads through email campaigns and cold calling
Set meetings (strong SDRs will be given the opportunity to take meetings as they grow their role)
Actively refine your research methodologies, cold email templates and calling techniques
Generate regular reports and deliver high value customer and competitive intelligence to other teams, such as Marketing and Product Design
Use a variety of sales management and lead gen technologies to improve performance.
Being part of a startup, you will be expected to manage your own time effectively, proactively seek help when you need it and assist in other tasks as they arise. Flexibility is key.
At least 12 months experience in an SDR/BDR role, with a proven track record of generating high quality leads
Experience selling into or working with HR teams is a plus
Fluent in English and German (Other languages are a plus)
Experience working at a startup
A passion for hitting targets and driving sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working alone/remotely (the majority of your team will be located in NYC)
