This apartment is situated in a purpose built block in a prestigious area of Dublin. Ailesbury Road which runs from Ballsbridge to Donnybrook is a tree lined residential road, home to many of the Embassies. The block is set in gardens with a large lawned area for sitting out and has its own private parking. The residents are mainly retired so it is a quiet haven and it is expected that guests will not create unwanted noise!

The apartment, although having only one bedroom is very spacious and has a cloakroom off the hall as well as a bathroom (with an over the bath shower) off the bedroom. The matresses were bought with the purpose of providing for the differing requirements of so many couples - one is latex for the softer loving type and one is a medium sprung matress. The matresses (these are two matresses on one super king frame, not separate beds) are made up with twin duvets but I can provide a super-king one on advance request. I do not have a cot so, sorry, no babies - this is only suitable for 1 to 2 adults.

The sitting room has comfortable seating for five, a multi-channel TV, Broadband access (free), a piano and a working fireplace which burns smokeless logs, obtainable from the local supermarket.

The apartment is centrally heated and has constant hot water. A balcony leads off the sitting room and looks over the buildings of Ballsbridge towards the sea. This faces east as do all the other rooms so it gets only early morning sun. The windows in all the rooms (except the bathroom and cloakroom which are internal) are huge so the whole apartment is very bright.

For only � 40 or �50 per room per night, depending on the time of year - (double or single - this is the total room rate including breakfast), you'll be staying in a lovely double room, close to beautiful centre of Europe's most fun capital.

My house has 2 double bedrooms available for guests (one of these can be made a triple if required). Our house is located in a very safe area with lots of parks and greenery. Very easy access to the city centre via bus or trains. The interior of the residence is stylish decorated.

Specifics:
I hope to make my guests feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. Breakfast is provided each morning. You may use the kitchen for tea/coffee and of course to have breakfast. The room you rent is private and we will only meet when we both like to use the kitchen and the bathroom. The double bedroom comes with fresh clean linen and towels. If you need to do some laundry, that can also be arranged. I have a mobile internet connection that you can avail of free of charge.

Location:
The location is Castleknock, 7km from O Connell Street, the main street in Dublin. We are just a five minute walk from the bus and train stop, beside the Royal Canal and the Phoenix Park.

About me:
I am a friendly and very social young person (31) I live with my daughter (5) (we love to travel) we like to meet some cool and relaxed people. I have lived in Dublin for a long time so can tell you where to go if you like to dance, want to see theatre, or go to a good concert or anything culture that Dublin has lots of!.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a small seating area. There is a dining room table, seating six, in the sitting room.

There is a video-phone entrance system in the hall and a daytime caretaker is on hand for emergencies. The block is equipped with a sensitive smoke alarm system. The apartment is on the third floor, reached by lift or stairs. There are a few steps outside going up to the main entrance so it is not suitable for those in wheelchairs.

Provided for the holidaymaker is a comprehensive folder of how things work in the apartment and suggestions of things to do in Dublin. The apartment is prepared for holidays by the owner personally. All linen, towels and utilities are included in the rental rate. There are no extras unless a telephone is required and this can be arranged at cost with advance notice for visitors staying over a month.

As this is the owners' holiday home it is supplied with all the normal things one would find in a store cupboard including tea and coffee and it is just asked that you replace what you use.

There are shops a few minutes walk from the apartment and a large supermarket a little further away. Buses, including the Aircoach from Dublin airport stop about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The buses run very frequently to the centre but you can walk to St Stephen's Green through very pleasant streets, in under 30 minutes.
Herbert Park is 5 minutes walk away. Here you can stroll amongst the flowers, feed the ducks on the pond, go jogging or play tennis on the public courts. There are plenty of good places to eat and drink in the area and it is close to two rugby grounds. Golfing is available to visitors at Elm Park Golf course (10 mins walk). In addition the Belfield Campus of University College Dublin is within easy walking distance making this a popular place to stay for the visiting academic. A major teaching hospital - St. Vincent's Hospital - is a few minutes away as is the home of Irish television, the studios of RTE.

Approached via a long tree lined avenue, Bert House was built in 1709 by Thomas Burgh and remained the home of his descendants for 200 years. It stands in a scenic location on the banks of the River Barrow within easy reach of Dublin City (approximately one hour�s drive via the N7). Athy 2.5 miles, Dublin City centre 47 miles. The house has been extensively restored, retaining many of its original period features and charm. The main reception rooms are very grand and imposing with very fine plasterwork ceilings, marble fireplaces and mahogany doors with gilded handles.

From the road the house looks enormous. It is reminiscent of one of the banker's homes of the Hudson River Valley, or a Vanderbilt Mansion in Florida. The long straight avenue, lined with cypresses and poplars, is more French or Italian. However once inside the house, it has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Having been run as a country house hotel it lacks some of the atmosphere that is normally found in such grand historic houses, but makes up for it in the comfort of its bedrooms and its efficient plumbing and heatring.

The spa and billiards room are in the basement, to while away an afternoon or evening and the large and well equipped gym will kick start anyone's day!

Specifics:
I hope to make my guests feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. Breakfast is provided each morning. You may use the kitchen for tea/coffee and of course to have breakfast. The room you rent is private and we will only meet when we both like to use the kitchen and the bathroom. The double bedroom comes with fresh clean linen and towels. If you need to do some laundry, that can also be arranged. I have a mobile internet connection that you can avail of free of charge.

Location:
The location is Castleknock, 7km from O Connell Street, the main street in Dublin. We are just a five minute walk from the bus and train stop, beside the Royal Canal and the Phoenix Park.

I am a friendly and very social young person (31) I live with my daughter (5) (we love to travel) we like to meet some cool and relaxed people. I have lived in Dublin for a long time so can tell you where to go if you like to dance, want to see theatre, or go to a good concert or anything culture that Dublin has lots of!.

This apartment is situated in a purpose built block in a prestigious area of Dublin. Ailesbury Road which runs from Ballsbridge to Donnybrook is a tree lined residential road, home to many of the Embassies. The block is set in gardens with a large lawned area for sitting out and has its own private parking. The residents are mainly retired so it is a quiet haven and it is expected that guests will not create unwanted noise!

The apartment, although having only one bedroom is very spacious and has a cloakroom off the hall as well as a bathroom (with an over the bath shower) off the bedroom. The matresses were bought with the purpose of providing for the differing requirements of so many couples - one is latex for the softer loving type and one is a medium sprung matress. The matresses (these are two matresses on one super king frame, not separate beds) are made up with twin duvets but I can provide a super-king one on advance request. I do not have a cot so, sorry, no babies - this is only suitable for 1 to 2 adults.

The sitting room has comfortable seating for five, a multi-channel TV, Broadband access (free), a piano and a working fireplace which burns smokeless logs, obtainable from the local supermarket.

The apartment is centrally heated and has constant hot water. A balcony leads off the sitting room and looks over the buildings of Ballsbridge towards the sea. This faces east as do all the other rooms so it gets only early morning sun. The windows in all the rooms (except the bathroom and cloakroom which are internal) are huge so the whole apartment is very bright.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a small seating area. There is a dining room table, seating six, in the sitting room.

There is a video-phone entrance system in the hall and a daytime caretaker is on hand for emergencies. The block is equipped with a sensitive smoke alarm system. The apartment is on the third floor, reached by lift or stairs. There are a few steps outside going up to the main entrance so it is not suitable for those in wheelchairs.

Provided for the holidaymaker is a comprehensive folder of how things work in the apartment and suggestions of things to do in Dublin. The apartment is prepared for holidays by the owner personally. All linen, towels and utilities are included in the rental rate. There are no extras unless a telephone is required and this can be arranged at cost with advance notice for visitors staying over a month.

As this is the owners' holiday home it is supplied with all the normal things one would find in a store cupboard including tea and coffee and it is just asked that you replace what you use.

There are shops a few minutes walk from the apartment and a large supermarket a little further away. Buses, including the Aircoach from Dublin airport stop about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The buses run very frequently to the centre but you can walk to St Stephen's Green through very pleasant streets, in under 30 minutes. Herbert Park is 5 minutes walk away. Here you can stroll amongst the flowers, feed the ducks on the pond, go jogging or play tennis on the public courts. There are plenty of good places to eat and drink in the area and it is close to two rugby grounds. Golfing is available to visitors at Elm Park Golf course (10 mins walk). In addition the Belfield Campus of University College Dublin is within easy walking distance making this a popular place to stay for the visiting academic. A major teaching hospital - St. Vincent's Hospital - is a few minutes away as is the home of Irish television, the studios of RTE.

The Luas stop is 5 mins from the apartment.

Situated on the main N7 route to the city centre, it is close to M50 and N4 allowing easy access to the surrounding countryside. The K Club, where the Ryder Cup was played in 2007 is a 35 minute drive, Carton Golf and country club is also 30 mins. The designer outlet centre in Kildare town is a 40 min drive. Surrounding race courses such as Punchestown, The Curragh, Fairyhouse and Leopardstown are all within easy reach. Castletown House in Celbridge is also 30 mins drive. The National Stud farm and the Japaneese Gardens in Kildare town are another option for those wishing a change from the city.

Glendalough in Co. Wicklow and Newgrange in Drogheda are also easily accessible.

The location is Castleknock, 7km from O Connell Street, the main street in Dublin. We are just a five minute walk from the bus and train stop, beside the Royal Canal and the Phoenix Park.

This apartment is situated in a purpose built block in a prestigious area of Dublin. Ailesbury Road which runs from Ballsbridge to Donnybrook is a tree lined residential road, home to many of the Embassies. The block is set in gardens with a large lawned area for sitting out and has its own private parking. The residents are mainly retired so it is a quiet haven and it is expected that guests will not create unwanted noise!

The apartment, although having only one bedroom is very spacious and has a cloakroom off the hall as well as a bathroom (with an over the bath shower) off the bedroom. The matresses were bought with the purpose of providing for the differing requirements of so many couples - one is latex for the softer loving type and one is a medium sprung matress. The matresses (these are two matresses on one super king frame, not separate beds) are made up with twin duvets but I can provide a super-king one on advance request. I do not have a cot so, sorry, no babies - this is only suitable for 1 to 2 adults.

The sitting room has comfortable seating for five, a multi-channel TV, Broadband access (free), a piano and a working fireplace which burns smokeless logs, obtainable from the local supermarket.

The apartment is centrally heated and has constant hot water. A balcony leads off the sitting room and looks over the buildings of Ballsbridge towards the sea. This faces east as do all the other rooms so it gets only early morning sun. The windows in all the rooms (except the bathroom and cloakroom which are internal) are huge so the whole apartment is very bright.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a small seating area. There is a dining room table, seating six, in the sitting room.

There is a video-phone entrance system in the hall and a daytime caretaker is on hand for emergencies. The block is equipped with a sensitive smoke alarm system. The apartment is on the third floor, reached by lift or stairs. There are a few steps outside going up to the main entrance so it is not suitable for those in wheelchairs.

Provided for the holidaymaker is a comprehensive folder of how things work in the apartment and suggestions of things to do in Dublin. The apartment is prepared for holidays by the owner personally. All linen, towels and utilities are included in the rental rate. There are no extras unless a telephone is required and this can be arranged at cost with advance notice for visitors staying over a month.

As this is the owners' holiday home it is supplied with all the normal things one would find in a store cupboard including tea and coffee and it is just asked that you replace what you use.

There are shops a few minutes walk from the apartment and a large supermarket a little further away. Buses, including the Aircoach from Dublin airport stop about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The buses run very frequently to the centre but you can walk to St Stephen's Green through very pleasant streets, in under 30 minutes. Herbert Park is 5 minutes walk away. Here you can stroll amongst the flowers, feed the ducks on the pond, go jogging or play tennis on the public courts. There are plenty of good places to eat and drink in the area and it is close to two rugby grounds. Golfing is available to visitors at Elm Park Golf course (10 mins walk). In addition the Belfield Campus of University College Dublin is within easy walking distance making this a popular place to stay for the visiting academic. A major teaching hospital - St. Vincent's Hospital - is a few minutes away as is the home of Irish television, the studios of RTE.

The Luas stop is 5 mins from the apartment.

Situated on the main N7 route to the city centre, it is close to M50 and N4 allowing easy access to the surrounding countryside. The K Club, where the Ryder Cup was played in 2007 is a 35 minute drive, Carton Golf and country club is also 30 mins. The designer outlet centre in Kildare town is a 40 min drive. Surrounding race courses such as Punchestown, The Curragh, Fairyhouse and Leopardstown are all within easy reach. Castletown House in Celbridge is also 30 mins drive. The National Stud farm and the Japaneese Gardens in Kildare town are another option for those wishing a change from the city.

Glendalough in Co. Wicklow and Newgrange in Drogheda are also easily accessible.

The location is Castleknock, 7km from O Connell Street, the main street in Dublin. We are just a five minute walk from the bus and train stop, beside the Royal Canal and the Phoenix Park.

�750 - Spacious 1 bed apt equipped as a home from home ! (Dublin)

This apartment is situated in a purpose built block in a prestigious area of Dublin. Ailesbury Road which runs from Ballsbridge to Donnybrook is a tree lined residential road, home to many of the Embassies. The block is set in gardens with a large lawned area for sitting out and has its own private parking. The residents are mainly retired so it is a quiet haven and it is expected that guests will not create unwanted noise!

The apartment, although having only one bedroom is very spacious and has a cloakroom off the hall as well as a bathroom (with an over the bath shower) off the bedroom. The matresses were bought with the purpose of providing for the differing requirements of so many couples - one is latex for the softer loving type and one is a medium sprung matress. The matresses (these are two matresses on one super king frame, not separate beds) are made up with twin duvets but I can provide a super-king one on advance request. I do not have a cot so, sorry, no babies - this is only suitable for 1 to 2 adults.

The sitting room has comfortable seating for five, a multi-channel TV, Broadband access (free), a piano and a working fireplace which burns smokeless logs, obtainable from the local supermarket.

The apartment is centrally heated and has constant hot water. A balcony leads off the sitting room and looks over the buildings of Ballsbridge towards the sea. This faces east as do all the other rooms so it gets only early morning sun. The windows in all the rooms (except the bathroom and cloakroom which are internal) are huge so the whole apartment is very bright.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a small seating area. There is a dining room table, seating six, in the sitting room.

There is a video-phone entrance system in the hall and a daytime caretaker is on hand for emergencies. The block is equipped with a sensitive smoke alarm system. The apartment is on the third floor, reached by lift or stairs. There are a few steps outside going up to the main entrance so it is not suitable for those in wheelchairs.

Provided for the holidaymaker is a comprehensive folder of how things work in the apartment and suggestions of things to do in Dublin. The apartment is prepared for holidays by the owner personally. All linen, towels and utilities are included in the rental rate. There are no extras unless a telephone is required and this can be arranged at cost with advance notice for visitors staying over a month.

As this is the owners' holiday home it is supplied with all the normal things one would find in a store cupboard including tea and coffee and it is just asked that you replace what you use.

There are shops a few minutes walk from the apartment and a large supermarket a little further away. Buses, including the Aircoach from Dublin airport stop about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The buses run very frequently to the centre but you can walk to St Stephen's Green through very pleasant streets, in under 30 minutes. Herbert Park is 5 minutes walk away. Here you can stroll amongst the flowers, feed the ducks on the pond, go jogging or play tennis on the public courts. There are plenty of good places to eat and drink in the area and it is close to two rugby grounds. Golfing is available to visitors at Elm Park Golf course (10 mins walk). In addition the Belfield Campus of University College Dublin is within easy walking distance making this a popular place to stay for the visiting academic. A major teaching hospital - St. Vincent's Hospital - is a few minutes away as is the home of Irish television, the studios of RTE.

it is only minutes from Guinness Brewery, Phoenix Park, Memorial Park, Jamestown Distillery, and Drimnagh Castle. Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Museum of Natural History, Temple Bar and Trinity College are all a short hop away on the Luas Tram. The Luas stop is 5 mins from the apartment.

Situated on the main N7 route to the city centre, it is close to M50 and N4 allowing easy access to the surrounding countryside. The K Club, where the Ryder Cup was played in 2007 is a 35 minute drive, Carton Golf and country club is also 30 mins. The designer outlet centre in Kildare town is a 40 min drive. Surrounding race courses such as Punchestown, The Curragh, Fairyhouse and Leopardstown are all within easy reach. Castletown House in Celbridge is also 30 mins drive. The National Stud farm and the Japaneese Gardens in Kildare town are another option for those wishing a change from the city.

Glendalough in Co. Wicklow and Newgrange in Drogheda are also easily accessible.
