Because 80% of our  revenue is derived from existing customers, one of the top initiatives for the company in 2009, is to build-out a world-class client delivery function capable of nurturing and expanding our rapidly growing client base. The Client Delivery Director will be a key member of the Senior Management team expected to develop and deliver account penetration strategies by leveraging the business model, team and ever broadening solution set.  This leader will be responsible for taking ownership of key client relationships, meeting face-to-face to with client executives to improve account penetration, develop client expansion roadmaps, conducting quarterly business reviews and consistent effective operational management of the internal Client Delivery team.<br>
Gaining, ensuring and sustaining customer confidence and guaranteeing consistent achievement of expectations is paramount to our success.  This Director will be a proven business leader who has a demonstrated track record in leading and managing outsourced service relationships and those teams responsible for sustaining the relationships. This individual is someone who has consistently overachieved in high growth environments and is comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment.  The senior leader we seek must be able to assume the role of a client advocate, salesperson, coach, and team player and be able to operate with a sense of urgency and make on-the-fly decisions when necessary.  While exceeding revenue targets is key, success is equally measured by the ability to create indispensable, long-term, solution-focused consultative partnerships. The Director must be able to quickly integrate into and understand the unique offering presented by us.<br>
The Client Delivery Director will be a strategic, business savvy leader.  He/she will be customer-focused, detail oriented, articulate and credible and have the ability to instill confidence in the most demanding customers, such as: the executives and vice presidents of Financial Operations, Services, Support and Operations. The role will require a business-oriented executive that can execute an effective service and delivery strategy focused on results, performance, process and prioritization.  This leader will create and successfully drive strategies and processes to meet aggressive revenue goals to build the market share of high-tech services revenues.<br>

The role seeks someone who can think strategically and execute tactically.  This leader will be an effective executive with demonstrated leadership strength in managed services organizations and the value proposition of Business Process Outsourcing.<br>
He/She will have demonstrated strength in selling ROI-based solutions and delivery-methodologies to smart, sophisticated customers that result in recurring revenue. The Director will have a strong background in account management, service delivery, sales, and technology. <br>
Skills<br>
o	University educated to degree level <br>
o	Extensive Sales Management Experience is a must <br>
o	Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint. <br>
o	Experience in Service, Renewal or Support Sales is a key advantage. <br>
o	Willing to roll-up the sleeves and get it done <br>
