I am seeking someone maybe male who would have a room in their house for a female who was prepared to take on the cleaning of the house. Household duties, food shopping, changing bed linen, ironing etc help maybe you work from home?
Not Au Pair/Babysitting etc. Respectfully not looking to live in a house with children.
Hopefully somewhere on train or luas link transport within 30 minutes of Dublin city centre.. Maybe someone who lives in another part of the country but has to be in Dublin X amount of the week and wants the place clean and tidy when they return, would possibly willing to do other duties (Cooking etc when I am there/able to) if the deal was agreeable. Would be a matter of settling into a pattern that was suitable etc. I would be prepared to keep the place spotless and pay a small rent or take on more duties in addition to this such as above suggested in exchange for room with no rent. Your situation/wishes obviously would depend on which etc.

I am a part time actress/model looking to move to Dublin in January. Currently in temp accomodation in Dublin. I am artistic and educated, easy going enough but quiet enough (you know what I mean lol) not into wild parties, hanging from chandelliers lol well not often ha! I am a night owl but the roudiest I get would be sitting with my lap top surfing the net with a cuppa!

A few facts about me:
Artistic and creative, went to performing arts school.
I am a non smoker.
Drink sometimes socially but don't get trashed as I can't the take hangovers!
I don't use any sort of recreational drugs.
Am respectful and considerate.
Clean and pretty tidy (very good at doing both!)

I have a drum kit, pa, amps, guitars, mics...the works.

I'm in a position to ship these things over, but would like to meet some other like minded musicians and see what I actually need to bring and what I don't.

The most important part is having a space where the neighbors won't mind the noise, or it's not an issue.
I'm a respectful person, and don't cause much of a ruckus myself, but there really is no way to rock quietly...lol!
I don't mind living with people who stay up late and and have a lot of friends:)
That would be cool since I'm just moving there not knowing anyone, and it would be good to be with mates who know how to have a good time.

Here's what I'm putting together.

For the past five or so years, I have been in a band of pirates called Sunken Chest.

We've always played really great shows, and have a had a grand go of it, but the boys are calling it quits and I'm on my own.
I can't think of anything more cool than starting it back up in Ireland.
It's basically a punk band that dresses up in Mad Max style pirate outfits and rock out about being pirates.
It's a blast. The most fun you can have with your pants on...which is not always required.

So...I'm just kind of feeling out the scene and seeing I can put this whole thing together.
I'm renting out my house to a friend here in Oregon, and wold like to spend a whole year over there working on playing music.
I also wouldn't mind just putting together a cover group and playing some small pup/clubs.
